Lake Elmo Aero Flyers Membership Agreement

This Lake Elmo Aero Flyers Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Lake Elmo Aero LLC, located at 3275 Manning Ave N Lake Elmo, Minnesota 55042 ("Company"), and the undersigned pilot/student ("Member").

1. Purpose: Lake Elmo Aero offers aircraft rental services. This Agreement allows the member to receive reduced hourly rental fees on Lake Elmo Aero aircraft. By joining the club ("Club"), the member pays monthly dues and receives reduced hourly rental rates.

2. Terms of Coverage: By enrolling in the Club, the member agrees to pay a non-refundable initial fee of

Premium Club Rate: $399 and a recurring monthly fee of $79. In return, Lake Elmo Aero agrees to reduce the aircraft rental rate while operating a rented aircraft, subject to the conditions outlined in this Agreement. Members receive a 10% discount on the posted instruction rate. Members receive up to 1.5 hours of dual instruction for aircraft checkout. Sport Pilot License or higher is required.

Elite Club Rate: $499 and a recurring monthly fee of $129. In return, Lake Elmo Aero agrees to reduce the aircraft rental rate while operating a rented aircraft, subject to the conditions outlined in this Agreement. Members receive a 10% discount on the posted instruction rate. Members receive up to 1.5 hours of dual instruction for aircraft checkout.

The Company reserves the right to alter the monthly fee and aircraft rates at any time with notice.

3. Conditions and Exclusions: The Membership applies only under the following conditions:

The member must comply with all FAA regulations and all Lake Elmo Aero policies.
The member must hold a Sport Pilot license or greater for the Premium Club.
The member must hold a Student Pilot License or greater for the Elite Club.
Reduced rental rate does not apply to Private Pilot training in any C152 aircraft.
The member must not operate the aircraft under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Membership may be revoked in the case of an incident that results from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to adhere to standard operating procedures.
Rental rate discount prices are available and posted on the Lake Elmo Aero Website. Prices and discounts are subject to change.

4. Enrollment and Payment

The initial enrollment fee and subscription fee is required for membership enrollment in the Lake Elmo Aero Flyers Club. Fees are non-refundable.
The member agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee due each month on or near the monthly anniversary date with a valid credit card on file in Flight Schedule Pro.
If the member terminates the agreement, the fee will not be refunded.
The initial fee will be required to be paid again if the member chooses to re-join at a later date.
If the member chooses to upgrade memberships, the difference between tiers must be paid. If the member chooses to downgrade, a refund will not be issued.
Enrollment in the Club is effective upon receipt of the member’s signed agreement and payment of initial fee and 1st months subscription fee.
Monthly dues are due on a recurring monthly basis via an automatic credit card payment set up in Flight Schedule Pro. Non-payment may result in revocation of all flight and training privileges and membership may be revoked. The membership remains in effect as long as the member’s payments are up to date and they remain in good standing with Lake Elmo Aero.

5. Cancellation and Termination

The member may cancel their participation in the Program with 30 days prior notice by completing the cancellation form and returning it to Lake Elmo Aero. Cancellation form will be emailed upon request. No refunds will be issued for partial months or any months where the member is not flying. Termination of this agreement will take place in the following month after final payment is received.
Lake Elmo Aero reserves the right to terminate the member’s participation if they violate any terms of this Agreement or the general rental policies of Lake Elmo Aero at any time for any reason whatsoever.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing below, the member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Lake Elmo Aero Flyers Club Membership Agreement. The member understands that the club membership and benefits only apply to the tier selected.
